Milkissimo Hakodate Gelato Review

I’m a complete glutton when it comes to premium quality ice cream and when i heard the New Milkisimo Hakodate Gelato was coming to town (Kuala Lumpur) for their Grand Opening at Da Men… i was sold and looked forward in trying out their selection of ice cream offerings.

imageInspired by far-off Italy Milkissimo takes the high quality milk of the Hakodate region and produces authentic gelato with all the abundant blessings of the Hokkaido Soil.

imageIts Flavours was inspired by classic Italian dolce desserts. The Gelato machines were installed in stores offering the perfect fresh made gelato using raw ingredients processed at Hokadate, Hokkaido, facility directly to Milkissimo store.

imageHere are some of my favourite choices they have in store.

I’m genuinely truly fond of Milkissimo Gelato Ice-cream. It is not too sweet and refreshing yet tantalising to the palate. Most definitely i would not mind having them again, however it is a tad bit far for me to travel just for an ice-cream. If you like creamy and premium quality gelato’s that is packed with full of flavour then Milkissimo will most certainly make you very happy.

  1. I love a good ice cream place too and this one seems perfect! 🙂

The Japanese parfait looks great, I have a soft spot for a beautifully crafted parfait. I’ll be sure to pop over to try their edamame bean gelato – it sounds delicious! I’ve never actually eaten ice cream that’s made of edamame beans but it sounds awesome in my head. Haha.

Oh, they’re from Hokkaido! I’ll be heading over in about a week, would be fun to see if I can spot this there too. I just heard about Da Men over the weekend, didn’t know it existed before that. Thanks for the introduction Eve!
